  29. If you are under 18 years old, we will need this application signed by a parent
  30. or legal guardian. Photocopy of signee's ID is also required. Both of these are
  31. needed to make this a valid agreement between  the applicant and Intelec Admin.
  32. If you are under 16 don't apply, the above is for those  over 16  and under 18.

  34. If this application is outdated, please look for IN_yymm.ZIP on your local BBS,
  35. Salt Air or other BBS's (where yy is current year and mm is current month). Old
  36. applications cannot be processed. Don't alter the expiration date, we can tell.

  38. For FASTER processing...  please apply directly to the Intelec HUB that you are
  39. requesting to relay through.  Most of our "US_based hubs" have the authority to
  40. approve or decline Intelec applicants.  If they approve you, mail the check off
  41. and you can be relaying in just a few days! Use that time to go over configs...

  43. If you're approved, the network fee ($35 US) is to be forwarded before "network
  44. status" is granted and before relays can begin. When it arrives at the host BBS
  45. your hub request will be notified to enable your net status.  If approved, make
  46. fee payable to CLIFF WATKINS and mail to P.O. Box 212  Baldwin, NY  11510-0212.
  47. Reminder: If you are not U.S. the fee MUST be Postal Money Order in US dollars.
